Return Policy for Made-to-Order Products

Our shop products are printed and fulfilled after an order is placed. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. We do accept return or replacement requests when an item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Items

Every product in the Mindo Bird Watching shop is produced by our print fulfillment partner after purchase. This helps avoid waste and lets us offer small-batch birding designs without holding inventory.

Because items are made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental duplicate orders.

Defective, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when approved, help arrange a replacement or refund.

Please include:

  • Your order number or purchase email.
  • Clear photos of the full product.
  • Close-up photos showing the defect, damage, misprint, or incorrect item.
  • A photo of the packaging if the shipment arrived damaged.
Please do not send a product back before contacting us. We need to review the issue first and confirm the correct next step.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Since every item is made to order, we cannot restock or resell returned products. If you need a different size, color, or style, please place a new order.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved defective-product claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund depending on the issue and fulfillment partner review. Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method.

Shipping times, production timing, and payment processing times may vary depending on the product and payment provider.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to correct an address or order detail, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment status and help determine the next step.
